     There will be something for everyone at "Vision 09! Each day we will gather together as an entire conference for encouragement and content. Following our joint sessions we will split into the "Tracks". Read the descriptions of each "Track" to determine which one is designed just for you.

Here is a facinating look at the typical perspective of this year's college freshman.  Each year Beloit College in Beloit, WI publishes the "Mindset List," a list of observations that help to identify the experiences that have shaped the lives—and formed the mindset—of students starting their post-secondary education each fall.

A few of my favorites:

• They have never used a card catalog to find a book.
• There has always been a Cartoon Network.
• Britney Spears has always been heard on classic rock stations.

God had uniquely created each and every one of us.  He has given us all different gifts, passions, resources.  He has also called us all onto different paths in life.  But one thing is for certain, whether you are a teacher, doctor, police officer, barista, pastor, researcher, farmer, sanitary technician, web-designer or Brilliandeer-Lopper, your callings as followers of Christ are the same: created in the image of God, we are called to represent Him in the world.
